Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect and qualify leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the features and benefits of our medical devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any Medical Allied Courses
- 1-2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in a distributor or similar environment (Medical Device).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
