Sales Executive – Davao

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect and qualify leads.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the features and benefits of our medical devices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Medical Allied Courses
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in a distributor or similar environment (Medical Device).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
