Regional Sales Manager

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the automotive and construction equipment industry. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the designated region.


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive and construction equipment sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting sales performance and market insights.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on automotive and/or construction equipment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advantage is he/she can speak Mandarin/Fukien.
