The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the automotive and construction equipment industry. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the designated region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive and construction equipment sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting sales performance and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on automotive and/or construction equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advantage is he/she can speak Mandarin/Fukien.
