Responsibilities

  • Oversees the operations of the Accounting Section, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the Company’s financial goals and objectives.
  • Maintains and enforces an adequate system of accounting policies and procedures in compliance with the Accounting Principles, standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions, reports and filing system.
  • Provides accurate and timely financial reports, financial statements and annual budget.
  • Analyzes financial data and recommends interventions as basis for management business decisions.

Your role as a leader

  • The Finance Comptroller is a Manager who is responsible for ensuring an organization remains in good financial standing, which include building financial strategies for a company, creating annual and quarterly budgets and overseeing employees’ payroll processes.
  • Overall responsibility includes ensuring smooth running of the business from a financial perspective so as ensuring that strategies and controls are in place to keep the business in good
    fiscal health, as well as making sure each employee involved in accounting performs to those standards. The Comptroller is also responsible for conducting internal control audits to be sure
    the business follows legal and ethical business practices.

Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant
  • With 5-10 years work experience as Comptroller or Finance / Accounting Manager
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with multiple engagement teams
  • Analytical skills with keen attention to detail
