Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and functionality.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, suppliers, and employees in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
